The staff was flexible and the service was great, so it was great stay. Positioned in the nice area, near to restaurant and the center and tram and downtown. Excellent place to stay whilst in Bern.

Fantastic base for resting, felt like home. Deluxe hotel, perfect location and helpful staff. Everything created a QUIET atmosphere. Comfortable bed in the deluxe junior suite, and climate control, a mini-fridge-bar and a dining area.
In a hotel like this - hair is unacceptable.

The host was nice! The superior king room suited us: it had central heating, a coffee machine and ironing facilities. The service in the property was outstanding too.
