The staff was flexible and the service was great, so it was great stay. Positioned in the nice area, near to restaurant and the center and tram and downtown. Excellent place to stay whilst in Bern.

Nice restaurant, unique design, unbelievably good location. Adequate unit. We loved the views here that were absolutely superb. Decent service during our stay too. Plus their wifi was efficient...

i had a really really nice experience here, everything was really good, the location was ideal near to the business center and the bus stop. my room was precious and bathroom was spacious. all the staff was courteous, tackled my issues.

Fantastic base for resting, felt like home. Deluxe hotel, perfect location and helpful staff. Everything created a QUIET atmosphere. Comfortable bed in the deluxe junior suite, and climate control, a mini-fridge-bar and a dining area.

In a hotel like this - hair is unacceptable.
